  • You have the right to request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item, only in the case of a damaged item.

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service at mplr261@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

  • Once we have received your request and reviewed the photos of the damaged item, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of our error in the order.

  • Upon receiving the returned item and confirming that it is damaged, we will process a full refund of your purchase. The refund will be made through the original payment method.

  • This policy ensures that refunds are only allowed for damaged items, following our guidelines.

1.2 Exchanges (only for broken items):

  • Once we have received your request and reviewed the photos of the damaged item, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

If a replacement is not possible due to limited availability of the item, we will issue a refund for the total purchase amount, including the original shipping fees.
